Systems
The largest divisions of our inner world, each with their own logic, their own history, and their own reasons for existing.
Parts, insiders, self-states
Systems, sub-systems, groups, and members — with lists, maps, connections, and locations kept as accurately as we can.
Only shared with the consent of those named.
We are polyfragmented, which means there are more of us than any single list will ever hold. What follows is the record as it stands: what we know, who has agreed to be named here, and where the gaps still are.
The largest divisions of our inner world, each with their own logic, their own history, and their own reasons for existing.
Smaller structures nested inside the larger ones, often built around a single task, a single age, or a single unbearable stretch of time.
Insiders who move together — by colour, by role, by the year they were made. Some groups only discovered each other recently.
Lists, maps, connections, and locations. Names chosen by insiders themselves sit alongside the labels they were assigned, and we mark the difference every time.
Answers written by whoever was fronting at the time. Where we disagree with each other, we have kept the disagreement in.
It means our system holds a very large number of parts, many of them split from other parts, arranged in layers rather than a single row of alters.
