Writing and poetry

Words that came through us

Trance writing, automatic writing, internal communication, poetry, essays, and letters — kept as they were written.

Every form the words arrived in

01

Trance and automatic writing

Pages written while barely present, often in handwriting none of us recognised at first. We keep them exactly as they came, including the parts we still cannot read.

02

Poetry in all its forms

Short, long, rhymed, broken. Poetry was often the only container small enough to hold something we could not say in a sentence.

03

Letters, emails, and messages

Correspondence about therapy, the system, and daily life. Read in sequence, they show the thinking changing in real time.

04

Internal communication and system writing

Notes passed between insiders — questions, warnings, apologies, and the slow beginnings of trust. This is the most important writing we have.
